HATTON OPERATIC SOCIETY

Hatton Operatic Society (Registered Charity no 291998) is an amateur group presenting fully staged productions of musicals, light opera and Gilbert & Sullivan operas, as well as concerts which help to raise funds for major productions. The Society has its origins in a street party held on VJ Day, 1945 in Bedfont, Middlesex (near London’s Heathrow Airport) and continued to rehearse in Bedfont until 2010 when a increase in the hire charges forced us to look for a new venue.  Most of our rehearsals are now held in the Ashford (Middlesex) or Staines areas and the venue for our major productions is the Magna Carta Arts Centre in Staines.
